The competency-based recruitment training provides an overview of the
different stages in the recruitment process. The starting point is the
participants' own recruitments, based on a requirements profile/job
advertisement. You will learn to develop your interview technique using
competency-based interview questions tailored to your recruitments. You
will also learn about unconscious bias—what it is and how you can reduce
the risk of bias.

Managers, supervisors, and all employees who participate in recruitment
