An inclusive university (1 week)

Whether you are engaged in teaching or serve as Director of Studies, we invite you to participate in this training aiming to provide you with concrete tools, ideas, and strategies, as well as a space for reflection related to how to make SLU a more inclusive university.
The training is organized by the Unit of Educational Development in collaboration with the Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities group at SLU.

Intended learning outcomes(ILOs)
Upon completion of this course, the participant is expected to be able to:

Identify how the content and design of teaching can contribute to creating an inclusive university by integrating an equal opportunities perspective

Describe the support available for teachers in applying (methods on) inclusive education

Reflect on their own role as a teacher and how they can contribute to inclusive teaching

Critically review a teaching session / course plan and suggest improvements that lead to increased inclusion

The course will include both face-to-face and online meetings and corresponds to 1 week of full-time work.
