Workshop on using Markdown and R

Markdown allows you to create reproducible, dynamic reports. Using R-Studio it is possible to document your R code, execute it and present the results within one Markdown project as to write the whole report / publication / slideshows / exams thesis. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of reproducible data analysis with Markdown. You will work on small data sets to simulate writing a publication using R-Studio and Markdown. You can also bring your own data and work on this through the workshop. The workshop is free of charge.

Prerequisites
None, but some experience of data analysis with R is advantageous
